Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are legally binding agreement between you and villagunnartgallery.is/.com and govern your use of the webside and services.  By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.  If you disagree with any part of Terms of this webside, please do not use the service of this webside. 

All content of this webside text, art and design are protected by copyright. 

We try strive to have accuracy and up to date information about all product, pricing, descriptions and avalability, but errors may occur and the webside will be modifyed or updated without notice. 

Orders and Payments

By placing an order you warrant that you are legally authorixed to make the purchase and that all information provided by you ar true and correct. 

All payment transactions are securely processed through reputable peyment service.  By submitting your payment information you authorize us th charge the amount for your order.  We reserve th right to cancel any order or refuse service at our discretion. 

Shipping and Delivery

Additional Customs duties, taxes and fees mey apply to international orders.  It is your responsibility to comply with applicable customs regulations and bear any additional charges that may arise from international shipping. 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or conequental of punitive damages arising out of of relating to your use of our website, product or services.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this webside and service shall be subject to the exlusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.  By continuing to use this webside and services after any changes, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms. 

Shipping

After you place your order it takes 1-10 days to process before shipping.  The choice of shipping depends on the destination, size and weight of the package. 

Orders whithin Iceland are free with Dropp.

Shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the destination, size and weight of the package.  The cost for international shipping will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your puchse.

Once your order is shipped we provide you with a tracking number via email.  You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package. 

Please ensure that the shipping adress you provide is accuraate and complete.  We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Lost, damaged or deleyed shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at gunnarsdottir.villa@gmail.com immediately.

Returns and refund

We accept returns within 14 days  from the date of delivery.  To be eligeble for return the item must be in its original condition, undamaged andi n its original packaging.  Prior to returning the item send an email to gunnarsdottir.villa@gmail.com to initiate the return process.  You will then get further instructions and a return authorization if required.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. 

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it for any damages or signs of use.  If the item is deemed to b ein its original condition we will proceed with the refund process.  Refunds will be issued using the original peyment methord used for the purchase.  Please allow 1-10 business days for the refund to be processed. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.  Include detailed photographs showing the damage or defect along with your order details.
